FIND YOUR STRENGTH.
According to the National Cancer Institute, there is evidence that higher levels of physical activity are linked to lower risk of several types of cancer. Regular exercise can improve sleep, lessen symptoms of fatigue, improve immune function, and lower risk of anxiety and depression. The Dempsey Center is here to provide movement and fitness support for patients, survivors, and care partners all at no cost.
