Exhibitor Guide 2024 RALLY TOGETHER

Thank you!

Thank you for being a part of the 16th Annual Dempsey Challenge! Your participation in this year’s event has a direct impact on the support that cancer patients, survivors, care partners, families, and loved ones recieve. Whether you are a sponsor, a partner, or community organization, your support is crucial to the success of this year’s event.

In this guide, you will find all the information you need as an exhibitor at the Festival in the Park! From parking and road closures to all you need to know about loading in, to the full schedule of events on Saturday, September 21st.

Whether this is your 16th time at Dempsey Challenge, your first time, or any time in between, we are grateful to have you as part of our Dempsey Community. Because of you, people are able to access services such as oncology counseling, support groups, education, nutrition consultations, movement + fitness classes, massages, and so much more while on their cancer journey. And they get to do so all at no cost.

If you have any additional questions, please connect with your Dempsey Center point person, or the Load-In/Load-Out Volunteer Manager, Shelemiah at sibaiei@gmail.com.

Thank you,
