Ticket prices include booking fees and a restoration levy whether booked online, in person or phone. These fees are reinvested into the running, upkeep and restoration of the Hall.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. On occasion tickets are accepted for resale if a performance is sold out.
CHILDREN
All under 14s must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 or over. No under 14s are allowed in the standing area of the auditorium.
For most performances children under the age of two are permitted into the auditorium for free but must share a seat with an adult. This is at the discretion of the promoter so please check with box office. Children aged two or more must have their own ticket. Booster seats are available on a first come first served basis.
PARKING
Premium pre-booked parking
You can guarantee your parking space by prebooking a space in our onsite car park, which is located directly next to the Hall. This costs £10 per car, with any remaining spaces being available on a first come first served basis on the day (cash only). Premium parking is accessed via a dedicated entrance on University Road where you’ll be met by a member of our staff. Spaces are limited and we strongly advise booking in advance, at the time you book your tickets.
Public car parking (pay and display)
The nearest public car park is at Victoria Park just off Granville Road (LE1 7RU), and NCP car parks are located at Welford Road (LE2 7AD) and East Street (LE1 6NB). On street parking is also available nearby.
ACCESS
De Montfort Hall aims to make the Hall accessible to all. Our staff are here to help; please do not hesitate to contact us in advance or approach a member of staff for assistance during your visit.
There is level access at ground level to the auditorium, box office, refreshments, public seating areas, accessible toilets and our Changing Places facility. The Hall has a lift with access to the first floor circle bars and circle seating. There are dedicated spaces for wheelchair users that can only be booked via box office. Please mention when booking if you or a member of your party has specific access requirements or are a wheelchair user so appropriate seating can be allocated.
Assistance dogs are welcomed and can be looked after during the performance. Please notify box office in advance.
Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor and upper circle levels. Our Changing Places facility is on the ground floor.
Free accessible parking is available to blue badge holders. Spaces are limited so advanced booking is advised. A drop-off point is at the front of the Hall. Customers using a hearing aid with a ‘T’ switch can collect a receiver and loop from box office. This brochure and seating plan are available in alternative formats, please request via box office.
