Established Accounts: Net 30 with approved credit. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments. Minimum Orders: $150 on opening orders and $150 minimum per shipment and reorders. Shipping: By FedEx Ground at the current published rates. Other shipping methods may be requested when order is placed. Returns: All returns require approval from DEMDACO Customer Care in advance of receipt of return. All returns require a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns that do not have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Damages: Please keep ALL original packaging materials, including the outer shipping carton. Notify DEMDACO within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will have the carrier come to inspect the shipment, and will follow up with you quickly to settle the claim. DEMDACO only accepts returns for damaged merchandise with prior authorization.
