Who We are Looking For
Purchaser
Job Du>es and Responsibili>es
‣ Working within budgets and Min Max seTngs to maintain stock inventory levels
‣ Manage inter-branch transfer orders and material needs
‣ Coordina>on of incoming product reserved for orders/projects
‣ Ac>on purchase requisi>ons sent through the ERP system
‣ Liaise with Segment Managers to ensure project order requirements, material shortages or supply chain disrup>ons and delays are clearly communicated so planning can resolve issues with the customers
‣ Assis>ng Supply Chain Manager with inventory control processes
‣ Assist with freight logis>cs/ tracking, scheduling deliveries
‣ Assist with part and supplier maintenance in ERP system
‣ Assist with customer order crea>on
‣ Ability to nego>ate best pricing and improved payment terms from vendors
‣ Ability to develop rela>onships with supply vendors
