Message from Chief Dubord
The Delta Police Department responds to nearly 30,000 calls for service every year and I am very proud of the work done every day by our police officers, police staff and volunteers. Many calls are routine, but others can be life-changing for victims, witnesses, and at times, our police officers. These are significant events, in which people go far above and beyond what is required of them.
Tonight, we honour those who took action in the face of danger or made an extraordinary contribution to public safety in Delta. Please join me in both thanking and congratulating tonight's award recipients.
