BRITTANY DUBAY PRESIDENT
Brittany joined Delta in 2021 and has held marketing & communications roles in Delta Cargo and now the B2B2C Marketing team. Inside and outside of work, she is passionate about relationship-building and community engagement. Brittany previously served as GENGAGE’s Secretary and is excited to work with such an incredible leadership team to grow GENGAGE this year!
ACHSAH JACOB VICE PRESIDENT
Achsah Jacob is currently an IT Project Manager for AIR4, Delta’s connection with Virgin Atlantic. Prior to Delta, she worked at IBM for 7+ years as a manager over the Business Strategy and Ligation departments. In her spare time Achsah volunteers in the community with friends and enjoys dog training her pup Kobe. She looks forward to serving you, the Delta GENGAGE community!
AMANDA LEE SECRETARY & COMMUNICATIONS
Amanda Lee joined Delta in 2012 in ACS and has been a long-standing member of GENGAGE. She is an IT Operations Manager leading the MSP Campus IT Field Operations Team. Amanda is passionate about communication, engagement and amplifying the customer & employee experience. She enjoys volunteering, hiking, and exploring the world.
JEFF GRIMES TREASURER
Jeff Grimes spent a decade as a business process improvement consultant before joining Delta Air Lines. After a stint supporting the Technical Operations Group in Finance, Jeff transitioned to lead the In-Flight Services (IFS) OAP Field Effectiveness Team. In this role he supports the IFS group with all data-related needs. When not at his desk he is likely hiking, cycling or running.

GENGAGE MENTORSHIP HIGHLIGHT
My time as a mentee in the GENGAGE Mentorship Program has been nothing short of outstanding. I was fortuitous enough to be paired with Steven-Dionte Harris, who is an Operations Service Manager at LGA. Since I am stationed in Atlanta, our conversations started out virtually, and Steven pushed me to think about my career path in new ways, specifically by forming a 90-day plan of things that I would accomplish, including LMS and iGrow courses and coffee chats. Most impressively, Steven arranged for me to spend a day shadowing Christian Gunn, who is the Regional Manager for OBS Catering Operations at DTW. I was able to shadow Steven and his Airport Customer Service (ACS) team around LGA for a day. Being able to observe the team provided me with great insight into the airport operation. The mentoring program has been an unbelievable experience thanks to GENGAGE’s coordination, Christian’s generosity, and Steven’s mentorship.

On May 18, GENGAGE joined forces with other BRG members across several companies like UPS, IHG, and ASOS to support Atlanta non-profit Urban Recipe.

DELTA NOW OFFERING A SPANISH VERSION OF THE FLY DELTA APP
Spanish language translations for the Fly Delta app offers customers many of the same tools they are used to using now with a language that they would be more comfortable with.
Customers who are looking to take advantage of the Spanish translation will need to ensure the language preference on their phone is set to Spanish as well as have the latest version of the app installed. The Fly Delta app will be automatically updated to display the Spanish content. Spanish Translation is available for Apple iOS as well as Android devices.
The GENGAGE Coffee Chat program is a popular way to expand your network, learn about other positions and departments in the company, and engage with other GENGAGE members. All you have to do is sign up, and each month, you’ll be paired with another employee to have an in-person or virtual chat.

My name is Nicole Jones-Tanner, and after countless interviews and applications in search of a company that promotes growth and more, I finally got the opportunity to be a Delta Air Lines employee. I started my career journey in 2021 below wing in Dept. 139 in ATL as a Cabin Experience Agent, then decided to take a “calculated risk” and transfer to Dept. 125 SMF as a Customer Service agent, and now to my current Dept. 127 in ATL as a Sky Club ambassador. Outside of those departments, I am also a Delta Brand Ambassador and a member of the GENGAGE Development Committee Although this is just the beginning of my Delta Air Lines journey, my goal is to make a change not only for Delta Air Lines but also in the world.
As always in life, just remember it is “Just a semicolon but never a period.”

Hey, GENGAGErs!
I am thrilled to be serving as GENGAGE President this year, and I can’t believe we’re already halfway through 2023. When I look at the talented group of people that make up our membership, I’m so inspired to see people of every age, stage, station, and department committed to fueling Delta’s future. The intergenerational workforce is a powerful testament to the diversity of wisdom and experience that exists within our company. GENGAGE aims to foster empathy and fuel a culture of continuous innovation. The intergenerational workforce reminds us that our differences are not a barrier but rather an opportunity to be better when we work together towards a common goal. GENGAGE has expanded my skillset and professional toolkit, but most importantly, it has introduced me to an incredible community of Delta employees I may never have met otherwise. Whatever initiatives you decide to participate in this year, from Coffee Chats to Elevate to anything in between, my hope is that your involvement will be just as rewarding as I have found mine to be!
