Organization
DELTAgroup is the umbrella organization for DELTAgroup Security & Services AG and DELTAgroup Support AG. Both companies cover the entire range of possible security and event services.
This combination enables DELTAgroup to provide all services from a single source, from the simplest tasks to riot control or personal protection services. With a total of over 1,200 employees, DELTAgroup has a solid personnel base with which it is able to handle daily assignments as well as major events.

Our services for public authorities
DELTAgroup takes on tasks for authorities in the area of protecting particularly critical infrastructure. For example, various objects are protected for the army and the procurement authority of the DDPS. DELTAgroup has operational security certification and a pool of employees who have passed the DDPS's personal security check.
DELTAgroup is also the sole partner of the Directorate of Justice of the Canton of Zurich and other cantons in central and eastern Switzerland, supporting the directorates with personnel for the benefit of prisons and public prosecutors' offices. In this context, the Group undertakes various assignments in the areas of escort, inmate handling and supervisory services.
In addition to our operational activities, we work extremely closely with the police forces of various cantons in connection with security and traffic concepts. We are happy to provide references if required.

DELTAgroup is a homologated partner of the largest Swiss banks and carries out various armed and unarmed building surveillance services, patrols at particularly exposed locations and personal protection assignments on a daily basis. Other services for companies include store surveillance tasks, craftsmen's assistance during conversions and renovations or the comprehensive security of construction sites, including the use of technical solutions.
DELTAgroup is also an accredited partner of various national and international organizations and universities, for which daily tasks and event services ranging from concept to event protection are provided. This includes classic security services, ticketing, access control tasks, patrol services and cash handling, etc.

The right personnel for every task
Your demand determines our price/performance offer. Depending on the requirements for completing the task - taking into account the hazard and risk potential - we can deploy employees and technology from 4 differently recruited, trained and further trained personnel departments. Sophisticated security services by «DELTA» are just as much a part of our core competence as the reliable fulfillment of basic security needs with «BASIC» personnel. Stewards and hostesses from «servX» courteously perform all security assistance tasks, while «crewX» serves the large concert and event stages with stagehands, runners, set-up and dismantling assistants and the like.
Mandatory basic training
All employees with safety-relevant functions (DELTA, BASIC and servX) complete mandatory basic training at the DELTAgroup Academy at the start of their employment. The basic training includes the following modules:

The training is cocmplete with a theoretical learning test.
Personnel department DELTA
The employees of our 1st Personnel Department (DELTA) are deployed on assignments with an increased risk potential. This includes in particular the areas of intervention and security services (OD III + OD IV), personal and escort protection as well as presence and patrol work.
Requirements
-Height: at least 180cm
-Martial arts experience: more than 2.5 years
-Experience in the security industry: more than 2.5 years
-Age: 20 - 40 years
-Education: Vocational training / high school diploma
-Languages: Fluent in local language / understands swiss dialect / knowledge of foreign languages desirable
-Reputation: No entries in the criminal and debt collection register
Selection
In addition to the regular info meeting, including a personal interview, applicants for the personnel departement DELTA have to pass a further assessment. In particular, the character suitability criteria for working in the 1st personnel departement of the DELTAgroup are checked.
Training
The entire DELTA training course is selective in nature. All applicants must prove themselves over several weeks in a demanding training course and regularly complete performance assessments.
Employees of the 1st personnel department complete the following training modules in addition to the mandatory basic training until they are ready for deployment:
-Basic unarmed self-defense
-Advanced unarmed self-defense
-Police baton
-Team tactics
-Basic security service
-Riot control, intervention
Personnel departement BASIC
The employees of our 2nd personnel department (BASIC) are deployed for assignments with a limited risk potential. This includes, in particular, the areas of construction site security, surveillance & monitoring, store security, property protection, peaceful security services, etc.
Requirements
-Height: No minimum requirement
-Martial arts experience is prefered
-Experience in the security industry: more than half a year
-Age: 20 - 50 years
-Education: Vocational training / high school diploma
-Languages: Fluent in the local language / understands swiss dialect / knowledge of foreign languages desirable
-Reputation: No entries in the criminal and debt collection register
Selection
Attendance of the info meeting including a personal interview.
Training
The entire basic training for BASIC is selective in nature. All applicants must prove themselves in a demanding course and regularly complete performance assessments.
Employees of the 2nd personnel department complete the following training modules in addition to the mandatory basic training until they are ready for deployment:
-Basic unarmed self-defense
BASIC AT
Candidates who are deemed suitable have the opportunity to train as a BASIC AT (Advanced Team). Employees with this profile are deployed on missions with increased risk potential and complete the following additional modules of our extended basic training:
-Advanced unarmed self-defense
-Police baton
-Team tactics
Personnel departement servX
Employees of our servX personnel departement are primarily deployed at major events. The employees perform so-called security assistance services such as entry and validation services, site instructions, securing escape routes, hostess services and other tasks.

-Reputation: No entries in the criminal and debt collection register

Training

Employees in our crewX personnel departement are deployed to set up and dismantle temporary infrastructure for major events.

-Fitness: Physically fit for demanding set-up and dismantling work

Training
CrewX employees do not undergo any basic training. The necessary know-how is imparted on the job.

DELTAgroup Security & Services AG has ISO 9001:2015 certification for its management system. In addition to the actual provision of security services, the training and consulting area is also audited annually.
Maintaining quality in the provision of consulting, training and physical security services is very important to us. To ensure this in the long term, we invest a great deal of energy in internal quality controls.
Regular inspections by designated inspection teams and debriefings with our employees ensure that discrepancies and errors can be rectified quickly.
