As a counsellor in Ladner Village, I help families with anxiety, family separation, parenting, grief, trauma, and other issues that affect well-being. In addition to counselling, I use therapeutic play with children and infant massage instruction for new parents to help calm chaotic lives.
As a parent myself, I know how difficult it is to raise kids with all of the pressures families face. No parent is perfect – nor should we be! – but parents can learn to have a happier home and positive relationships with their kids. My mission is to help South Delta families find hope and resilience by looking what they have that is good and building on that foundation.
