Our award winning Chef, Stefan Matz, has created a selection of delicious and inspiring menus using the finest local and organic produce, giving you the opportunity to create a mouth-watering and memorable celebratory meal. From the more traditional to the extra-ordinary, our team of talented chefs and waiting staff are experienced at catering for special occasions and will ensure this is one meal that your guests will remember for years to come.

Our packages can be adapted to your personal taste and budget to ensure your special day reflects your own individual style and personality. We can offer exclusive venue hire, so you and your guests can privately enjoy the Resort & Spa facilities for the duration of your wedding celebrations and we specialise in bespoke pre-wedding IceBreakers and post-wedding party packages that can include Spa and Adventure options to truly create a memorable experience for you and your guests.

All of our welcoming and stylish rooms are designed to maximise the breathtaking views of the surrounding Connemara mountains. Couples enjoy a complimentary stay in our Bridal Suite, boasting panoramic views of the majestic Mweelrea Mountain, Connachts’ highest peak. With a private sitting room, king size bed, spacious ensuite marble bathroom and Jacuzzi bath, the Bridal Suite at Delphi Resort & Spa will leave you feeling pampered, relaxed and fully rested. Guest bedrooms at Delphi range from spacious 2 Bedroom Suites, to split level Junior Suites and Cosy Double Rooms. There really is nowhere in the world you would rather wake up!
