Innovation of Last-Mile Delivery

Lastop is a consumer goods logistics service that aims to change the last mile phase of the MilanoSesto Smart City. MilanoSesto will be characterised by an internal micro logistics in order to meet the needs of the residents. The aim is to solve last mile delivery problems, such as non-delivery, to meet an increasing demand with increasing urbanization.

The service is based on collaboration between citizens, a well-established infrastructure and state-of-the-art enabling technology.

Lastop is a benefit for everyone, from private online commerce companies to citizens as final consumers, without forgetting the respect for the environment.

Lastop’s offer tries to satisfy in every part the requests of users, trying to help them in the management of last mile delivery and their life within the smart city of Milan Sesto.

Lastop concept is based on the SHIFT OF PARADIGM in terms of user involvement in Last-mile Delivery processes. The aim is to involve him more in the steps that see him receiving something, i.e. distribution, and to involve him less in the steps such as return and disposal. Visualization & Prototyping

Through Me is a prototyping project, based on an episode of the Black Mirror series (Be Right back, 2x01). The aim was not so much to create a product, but more a way to sell it that would emphasize its peculiarities. The episode in question was about a way to overcome death, in fact Through Me helps users to overcome a difficult moment like this, completely personal and intimate. With Through Me a person can be in contact again with the presence of someone that has recently been lost, by the stimulation of the five senses. The outcomes of the project have been a performance, a video and a product prototype. The project develops in a future scenario, where at birth a chip is inserted into people’s brains

After a person buys through me, he or she can put the code of the cip of the person whose memory he or she wants to relive on the helmet.

the helmet The helmet is made with transparent polycarbonate and metallic visible joint. It is a real helmet because it is worn by the user, once you have entered the code of the microcip whose memories you want to look at, just lower the visor to start seeing the random memories with all five senses. The physical presence is elimitaned: everything happen in the mind of the person using the service.

live performance the project was the way in which we tried to sell our project to experts in this field. The whole performance has been created with different means of communication.

A tone of voice was chosen, an atmosphere, based on lights and shodow, that created a certain empathy with the audience, and a live performance was made.

Into the Wild theme combined with the idea of making ​​ a trip during a sabbatical year left room for different subjective and personal interpretations. What united the interpretations was their progression and their ending with a moment of personal reflection. So we thought of a territory, devoid of limits and boundaries, within which space and light are one thing that is the imagination and the will of the protagonist that shape up to create a path. Within this bright environment everyone can imagine their own journey and direct it as they prefer in total

Floating Pavilion

LEE (live elegant experience) is a floating building promoted by Pomellato. The intent of the brand is to turn to a new target, different from that to which it is appropriate to relate; LEE users will be young women, or more generally, young people, who on the Darsena, a place they regularly visit, will have the first contact

The six rooms connected to six different collections that represent those characteristics that women have, but each of them is more or less present, and that is precisely why the perception of the room will change from woman to woman. In order to emphatize the feelings inside each room, there is a parfum that highlight the sensation the room wants to express. The experience realized within each room was developed starting from the literary meaning found in the dictionary of the Italian language.
