CeremonyrehearsalsmaybeheldatTheTranseptbasedonspaceavailability Thereisnoadditional charge for the rehearsal space, however, it cannot be guaranteed until 30 days prior to the event date. Manythingsgointoproducinganevent Theeventproductionfeeisnotagratuity,butan additionalchargetocovercertaincostsassociatedwitheachevent.Thesecostsinclude:
(1)DelightMoreDesignerdedicatedtoassistingtheclientwitheventdaytiming,design,sourcingspecialty products,creatingfloorplansandselectedvendormanagement,(2)Allequipmentusedinthepresentation ofthefoodsuchaschafers,chaferfuel,trays,bowls,plattersandservingtools,etc,(3)Administrativecosts suchasappointmentsincludinginitial&subsequentdesignmeetings,finaldetailsmeeting,privatetasting, scheduling, ordering, paperwork, banking and any possible credit card fees (if applicable), (4) Indirect personnelcostssuchaswarehouseandfacilitymaintenancestaffanddécorsetup/striketeamsthatwork behindthescenesoneveryevent,butarenotincludedinthestaffing/laborfees,(5)Managementofrental equipmentandassistingwithnon-cateringrelatedelementsofaparty,weddingorevent Becauseweact asasubcontractorandcoordinatorforallrentals,theproductionfeewillalsobeappliedtoanyrentalsfor yourevent,(6)Liabilityinsurancetocoveranydamagesorinjuriescausedbyourstafforourequipmentto anyguestsorproperty(thisrelievestheclientofliabilityorresponsibilitywhenanaccidentisourfault)as wellasvehicleinsuranceandfuelcosts
