ThefollowingitemsmustbepurchasedthroughDelightMoreandwillbeaddedtoyourtotalinvoice: Specialty Linens, Specialty Lighting, Upgraded Rentals & Optional Valet Parking. Fees will reflect specificitemsselectedbytheclient

RENTAL:Theseparatevenuerentalrangesfrom$5,500onaFridayandSunday,to$6,500onSaturday and Holiday Sundays This includes all day access to the venue, the bridal suite and the groom ' s lounge!

CEREMONY:$1,500flatfeeincludeschairsetupandflipofceremonyspace,ceremonycoordination team,useoftheTheVestry,TheRegistrar&TheNorthTapRoomfor1-hourcocktailreceptionduring flipandcoordinationofweddingpartyintroductions

CeremonyrehearsalsmaybeheldatTheTranseptbasedonspaceavailability Thereisnoadditional charge for the rehearsal space, however, it cannot be guaranteed until 30 days prior to the event date. Should space not be available, your Ceremony Lead will travel to a location of your choosing (withintheI-275loop)toconductyourrehearsal

AUDIO/VISUAL: All AV equipment must be coordinated through your sales manager, and there are additional fees that will be added to your DelightMore invoice if the projector is needed An AV technician is required on-site to rent any equipment that is built into The Transept Fees are determined by overall needs and correspond with the equipment used/rented and the technician’s timeonsite.PrestigeAVmaybebroughtinforanythingbeyondbasicsetupandneeds.

Thereareapproximately1500parkingspaceswithina4blockradiusofTheTransept.Ifyou areinterested,wecanassistwithsecuringvaletservicesforyou AskyourEventDesigner formoreinformation.

Yes!ThereareseveralofoptionswithinTheTranseptdependingonthesizeofyourgroup. Theceremonyfeeisnotincludedinthefacilityrental

TheTranseptisavenuebroughttoyouexclusivelybyDelightMore Weareafullycustom catererthatcancreateandcustomizeanymenutosuityourtastesoreventtheme-we can even prepare a meal from your own recipes! All food & beverages will come from DelightMore,withtheexceptionofweddingcakes/cupcakesandfavoritems

WHYDOYOUCHARGEANEVENTPRODUCTIONFEE?

Manythingsgointoproducinganevent Theeventproductionfeeisnotagratuity,butan additionalchargetocovercertaincostsassociatedwitheachevent.Thesecostsinclude:

(1)DelightMoreDesignerdedicatedtoassistingtheclientwitheventdaytiming,design,sourcingspecialty products,creatingfloorplansandselectedvendormanagement,(2)Allequipmentusedinthepresentation ofthefoodsuchaschafers,chaferfuel,trays,bowls,plattersandservingtools,etc,(3)Administrativecosts suchasappointmentsincludinginitial&subsequentdesignmeetings,finaldetailsmeeting,privatetasting, scheduling, ordering, paperwork, banking and any possible credit card fees (if applicable), (4) Indirect personnelcostssuchaswarehouseandfacilitymaintenancestaffanddécorsetup/striketeamsthatwork behindthescenesoneveryevent,butarenotincludedinthestaffing/laborfees,(5)Managementofrental equipmentandassistingwithnon-cateringrelatedelementsofaparty,weddingorevent Becauseweact asasubcontractorandcoordinatorforallrentals,theproductionfeewillalsobeappliedtoanyrentalsfor yourevent,(6)Liabilityinsurancetocoveranydamagesorinjuriescausedbyourstafforourequipmentto anyguestsorproperty(thisrelievestheclientofliabilityorresponsibilitywhenanaccidentisourfault)as wellasvehicleinsuranceandfuelcosts
