Rooms and setups

Business meetings are held in a separate building on site called Seru Azul. This two-story multi-purpose building is built specifically to host groups. There are two high-end, multifaceted meeting rooms on the first floor, a covered outdoor patio, fitness club and a range of catering facilities. You’ll find everything you need for single or multi-day meetings in this state-of-the-art meeting center.

The rooms are each beautifully decorated with a casual-chic look in a tropical style. Everything is thoughtfully designed to create a calm, fresh feel.

Of course, both rooms feature top-quality audiovisual equipment and plenty of daylight. In short, it’s an inspiring place that will both challenge and energize you.

Conference Room

At 174 m2 /1,873 ft2 the Conference Room is our largest space and the perfect location for conventions, conferences, incentive trips, product presentations, and inspiration sessions. The room can accommodate groups up to 125.

The high-resolution LED screen (11 x 3 meters/36 x 10 feet) that spans the entire room is unique to Bonaire and makes every presentation impactful. Of course, the room is equipped with modern audiovisual facilities, climate control and excellent lighting.

The Conference Room opens out onto the patio, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the culinary delights that Delfins has to offer from our multiple Brass Boer restaurants.

Boardroom

The ambient Boardroom gives you the option to meet outside the home office in a stunning, tranquil location. This space features a fixed boardroom setup, with attendees seated at a large wooden table with comfortable chairs.

There is an Ultra HD LCD screen (75 inches), a clickshare system and high-speed Internet, so you can walk in and kick off your meeting straight away. The room can accommodate up to 10 people and a private pantry is available, with a combined total space of 40 m2/430 ft2 .Other practical tools are also available, including flip charts, meeting kits, etc.

Private beach

You can also host a meeting with your feet in the sand. The private white sand beach is a unique location that groups can use to encourage focus and creativity. It will instantly change the dynamic of any event.

Pier

Surrounded by nothing but the azure-blue Caribbean Sea, this spot (stretching to 45 meters/150 feet) guarantees privacy. It’s also a wonderful setting for drinks. Enjoy cool sea breezes and refreshing conversations in this unique outdoor area.

Audiovisual and multimedia equipment is a crucial part of any meeting. We’ll be glad to help support your event with the right lighting, sound and visual tools. Both rooms have standard presentation facilities, and we have a trusted partner with plenty of knowledge and equipment in-house. THEATER The theater setup is best suited to large sessions and short lectures, where participants listen to one or more speakers. The audience sits side by side and doesn’t need to take extensive notes. The chairs can be easily moved, making this setup suitable for role-plays and group discussions, as well.

SCHOOL | The tables are in a classroom setup. The school setup is a good option if participants need the space to discuss, distribute materials or take notes. Ideal for meetings, seminars or courses.

CABARET | The ideal setup for medium to large gatherings. In a cabaret setup, there are four to six chairs at each table. The participants all sit facing the speaker and there’s plenty of space to move between the tables. This setup is often used for conferences, seminars, corporate events and lectures.

Katsu Sando are Japanese sandwiches topped with ingredients like fresh tuna, cured meat or avocado. These delicious treats are hugely popular in Japan.

Boertiek is an upscale coffee shop and a delicious option for a fresh, healthy lunch. We serve great coffee, amazing smoothies, healthy juices and premium sandwiches. What we eat during meetings, lunches, drinks, etc. affects how we feel and how we perform.

So, it’s best to see the culinary suggestions listed as a guide to the available options. Our range of dishes is seasonal.

In addition to these culinary delights, the Brass Boer team can always accommodate special requests. Special menus are available in consultation. Ask our Event Manager about available options.

On our private beach, you can sink your toes into the sand and enjoy bistro dishes and daring cocktails. The 45-meter/150 feet wooden pier stretches out into the Caribbean Sea. It’s the best way to experience that true tropical feeling, where you won’t be able to look away from the magnificent view. Relaxing after a drink? Then that calls for some delicious snacks. We serve easy-to-eat finger food and a variety of beach bites.

The spacious studios for one or two people have overlooking views of the sea or the tropical gardens. All studios are equipped with air conditioning, a private patio, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.

Our spacious apartments feature one, two or three bedrooms fantastic the lush tropical gardens. They come equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a private patio and a spacious living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The apartments can accommodate up to six people.

A successful meeting starts with the right location, excellent service and modern meeting facilities. And a great place to stay is part of that. During the event, attendees can stay overnight in one of our 148 luxurious studios, apartments and penthouses or in one of the 13 private villas. Guests will be immersed in luxury and completely pampered. Our comfortable rooms are a great place to relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep after a day packed with activities. Each accommodation has a view you’ll dream about.

After a good night’s sleep, guests can enjoy a lavish breakfast and start the day refreshed and full of energy.

During their stay, participants have access to numerous hotel facilities. They can swim in one of the spacious magna pools, unwind on the broad private white sand beach or enjoy Bonaire’s largest fitness club. Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire also features a 24-hour front desk, security, private parking and several outdoor patios.

The two spacious penthouses offer spectacular views of Bonaire or the ocean. Each penthouse features air conditioning, a large living room with an adjoining roof terrace and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The penthouses can accommodate up to six people.

With the villas, you have a choice of three or four bedrooms, with a garden and an optional private pool.

Transfers

Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is located 3 km/1.8 miles from Flamingo International Airport. We’re happy to arrange transfers for your guests from the airport to our resort. We can also arrange transfers to various activities outside the resort.

Car rental

The easiest way to explore Bonaire is by car. We offer a wide selection of cars, including our Suzuki Jimnys.

Parking

Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire has plenty of secured parking on site. Parking is free for resort guests.
