Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is home to four different restaurants, run by Jonnie and Thérèse Boer, that provide culinary services for all our events. We offer several customized packages.

Want to close out your meeting with a snack and a drink? We have a range of snacks available from the menu and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Room rental and package prices include ABB. Package prices are based on groups of 4 or more for the Boardroom and 15 or more for the Conference Room. All prices include staff and equipment costs and are based on the existing set-up. Rental of any external furnishings and/or other facilities is not included.

U-SHAPE | The U-shape configuration is the most common layout for small groups. It helps focus everyone’s attention on a single point and promotes interaction between the speaker and participants. There’s ample space for writing or using a laptop and it’s ideal for courses or workshops.
THEATER | The theater setup is best suited to large sessions and short lectures, where participants listen to one or more speakers. The audience sits side by side and doesn’t need to take extensive notes. The chairs can be easily moved, making this setup suitable for role-plays and group discussions, as well.
SCHOOL | The tables are in a classroom setup. The school setup is a good option if participants need the space to discuss, distribute materials or take notes. Ideal for meetings, seminars or courses.
CABARET | The ideal setup for medium to large gatherings. In a cabaret setup, there are four to six chairs at each table. The participants all sit facing the speaker and there’s plenty of space to move between the tables. This setup is often used for conferences, seminars, corporate events and lectures.
RECEPTION | The stand-up setup sets an informal tone and is perfect for serving food and drinks. Great for get-togethers, receptions or an informal party.

Jonnie and Thérèse Boer have fallen in love with beautiful Bonaire, which is why they opened their first Brass Boer restaurant here. It was the realization of the Dutch 3-star Michelin couple’s long-held dream. At Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire, we’re proud to have them providing culinary creations for our guests.
Fantastic food, great wines and casual hospitality are the ingredients in their secret recipe for success. In fact, Brass Boer earned the number one spot as best restaurant in the Caribbean. And the food and beverage offerings have only continued to expand since then. At Senang, you’ll indulge in the rich flavors of the Orient, all on an Caribbean island. The dishes and setting are inspired by Jonnie and Thérèse’s travels in Asia and the Middle East.
Club Tropicana is the ultimate poolside beach bar. It’s the perfect place to find the most amazing cocktails and delicious beach bites and dishes.
Boertiek is our newest addition. This coffee shop and lunchroom offers guests delicious, freshly prepared healthy lunches.

As soon as you walk in the door, you’ll feel like you’re in the Far East. The restaurant features Asian décor with colorful lanterns, bamboo walls and comfortable corner sofas. It’s the ideal place to find that completely senang feeling. Taste the rich, authentic flavors of the Orient. There are four different menus, including two sandwich lunches – Katsu Sando or Bao – a sushi & sashimi boat or the Senang Experience dinner, which will delight guests with a diversity of Oriental flavors.
KATSU SANDO SANDWICH LUNCH
Katsu Sando are Japanese sandwiches topped with ingredients like fresh tuna, cured meat or avocado. These delicious treats are hugely popular in Japan.
Boa buns are both delicious and healthy. We serve these steamed buns in a variety of flavors like Peking duck, BBQ chicken, fish cakes and eggplant rendang. You won’t want to miss the famous sushi & sashimi boat. Featuring a broad variety of sushi and sashimi, we serve this dish at both lunch and dinner.
The Senang Experience dinner offers a delectable mix of six authentic Oriental dishes served with fragrant rice. It’s the perfect option for multiple guests to share and enjoy a wide variety of dishes.
