SAFETY FIRST

Tips

It's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Remember that juicing removes fiber from fruits and vegetables Consider incorporating smoothies into your fast to include fiber. Stay hydrated with plenty of water throughout your fast.

Listen to your body If you feel unwell or weak, reconsider your fasting plan. These recipes can be modified according to taste and seasonal availability of ingredients. Always wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before juicing.

For some variety in texture and additional fiber, blend some of these ingredients into smoothies instead of juicing them.

Enjoy experimenting with these recipes and remember, each person’s body reacts differently to juice fasting, so monitor your health and consult a healthcare professional as needed.
