Our New Facility
Since we can’t have visitors at the moment, we thought we would take you on a virtual tour of our new warehouse. The new space offers two test kitchens. The first kitchen features a Marra Forni brick oven . The other is a more traditional industrial restaurant kitchen to replicate a customer’s cooking space.

We offer low temp, high temp, and produce refrigerated sections. Our freezer is also separated into regular as well as a section devoted to our ice creams and gelatos.

The best part is being under one roof again. The new space allowed our box printing room to join us again in our main warehouse. We look forward to a time when we can give you an actual tour!

No Contact Will Call Going forward we have offered our customers the opportunity to choose a No-Contact will call process. For all will calls, except customers paying by cash, there will be no need to sign any paperwork or come into the will call office to execute your transaction. Ordering Place your will call order as you normally would. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of the No-Contact Pickup. Payments Any ACH or customers with credit terms will be processed as they are currently and no payment is due at time of pickup. Any customers that normally pay by check can now do this electronically. When placing your order, you will need to provide your routing number and account number and we will process your payment as an electronic check via ACH. COD customers that would like to pay by cash are still going to have to come into the will call office. When possible, we will give you a total before you arrive. Please be aware that we have placed limits on how many people can be in the will call vestibule at one time in order to respect social distancing. Pickup Upon arrival at Dock #9, please call 317-876-1951 to let us know you are picking up your will call order. We will notify the warehouse office and they will bring items out to load into your vehicle. At this point, “No-Contact” Pickup is an available alternative, not a requirement. Please be aware that there may be some delays in picking up will calls due to increased safety measures.
