Our New Facility

Since we can’t have visitors at the moment, we thought we would take you on a virtual tour of our new warehouse. The new space offers two test kitchens. The first kitchen features a Marra Forni brick oven . The other is a more traditional industrial restaurant kitchen to replicate a customer’s cooking space.

the steps we took to create a sustainable workplace. We now have the luxury of different temperature zones within each cooler and freezer space as well. We offer low temp, high temp, and produce refrigerated sections. Our freezer is also separated into regular as well as a section devoted to our ice creams and gelatos.

The new warehouse is state-of-the-art and built to LEED Silver guidelines. Recycled materials, LED motion-sensor lighting, high-efficiency HVAC and recycled water fire protection system are just some of

The best part is being under one roof again. The new space allowed our box printing room to join us again in our main warehouse. We look forward to a time when we can give you an actual tour!
