Delaine was a pleasure to work with and delivered by selling our house at asking in just a few days! Eventually we wanted the condo/apartment for our daughter when she was older. She will be dependent on mass transit. Delaine is pretty much the best in the business I first met her back in 2014 when she helped me buy my condo at Midtown Alexandria. She was very attentive to my real estate needs and managed to narrowly identify the properties which fulfilled my search criteria. We landed my dream property literally on the day after we met and she guided me through the stressful and nerve-wrecking process of homebuying with ease She is a very experienced professional who will tell you realistically what you need, what you can afford and she will negotiate on your behalf very appropriately: hard enough for you to get your best deal, but not recklessly so the deal falls through. Fast forward to 2020 and I had to get back to the real estate market again to find a new home for my expanding family This time around, the shortage of housing inventory and historically-low interest rates had created the perfect storm and the worst time to be a buyer Delaine, with her magic touch, again managed to identify my family needs very well. She patiently and diligently took us to open houses, property showings, neighborhood by neighborhood until we landed the home that perfectly fit our needs and budget.
