Premium HDPE
Feel the comfort and stability that comes from quality materials and close attention to detail. Breezesta furniture is made from a proprietary blend of nonporous and durable high density polyethylene (HDPE) lumber with recycled content that is heavier than most competitors’ HDPE versions. Breezesta also uses thicker lumber profiles to craft strong and generously proportioned furniture made for all people. The final construction is the ultimate in weather-resistant furniture.
Best in Joinery
Sur-Lok joint mortise-and-tenon construction, typically seen in fine woodworking, is used in all our furniture pieces to ensure a refined design, additional sturdiness, and less fasteners. In fact, our color-matched, powder coated, rust-resistant and stainless steel fasteners are so subtle or entirely hidden that all you focus on is the rich color and stylish design of the furniture. All fasteners come with a 2-year corrosion warranty. No one else offers that!
Fade-free Color
Breezesta’s color visual and quality is second to none on the outside and inside. Highly saturated color is infused throughout the lumber so there’s no worrying about white marks from scratches or nicks! Sunguard Technology, our proprietary formulation of ultraviolet inhibitors and stabilizers mixed with color pigment, protects the furniture from fading. We are the only manufacturer to guarantee no fading for 3 years! And because Breezesta makes its own poly lumber, the result is a unique surface graining with beautiful wood realism.

A Sustainable Choice
Purchasing Breezesta furniture is a choice you can feel great about!
Our purpose is to repurpose. Each year we remove millions of recyclable plastic bottles from America’s waste stream that would otherwise accumulate in waterways and landfills. At our own recycling plant Trigon Plastics, we convert #2 milk jugs into durable, poly lumber and sell off all other plastic bottles for industrial usage. The recycled content of our poly lumber will vary by finish color. Curious to know the number of milk jugs needed to make each piece of furniture if it were all recycled? Look for the milk jug icon and number next to each product in the catalog.
Also, Breezesta is what environmentalists call a “full circle” product. It’s not just made with post consumer recycled plastic, it includes post industrial recycled plastic and it’s recyclable itself!
Breezesta will last season after season, but if you are ready to recycle it, simply remove the hardware before disposal. We consciously make these sustainable choices so you can have peace of mind about the impact of your purchase.

Breezesta poly lumber is durable and virtually maintenance-free. It will never need to be painted or sealed because it will never stain or rot. It cleans up easily with a water hose or with a soft-bristled brush and a mild cleanser. High-pressure washers (with no more than 1,500 psi) can also be used when necessary. Even in harsh outdoor conditions—such as seaside homes where furnishings are exposed to wind, salt, and sand—our furniture needs very little care to maintain its beauty. Just another way Breezesta is made for relaxing.
