ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Haidee De Fraine, I am a marketer, product photographer and graphic designer based in Norwich with over 7 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in areas such as e-commerce, website design using Shopify, social media, content creation, lifestyle photography, styling and editing in Photoshop. And working with micro influencers to create user generated content for added social proof with 10 years experience using Photoshop.
I have attached a video of my Meta account where I ran successful highly targeted instagram adverts achieving a ROAS 12+. I created ads using user generated content to look trust worthy and not look like a ad to my target audience. I also created retargeted ad campaigns to pixel customers that visited certain pages on my website that were further down the funnel, but didn't buy, and I added a limited time incentive for scarcity and added social proof.

MICRO INFLUENCER MARKETING
I have collaborated with Micro Influencers with whom I received a huge amount of conversions while also gaining a loyal following with their trusted audience and also received user generated content for social media and paid meta ads.
The influencers I have collaborated with have also created video stories talking about the product I was selling.
I chose these influencers by looking at their authentic engagement rates and also observing the seemingly personal relationship that they have developed with their audience to gain trust, by answering their audiences questions.

STOP MOTION VIDEO
This is stop motion video I have created for an Amazon E-commerce frame brand I have worked for.
To achieve this, I moved the frame by 1 cm per shot, capturing each position as a separate image. I then edited the frames together in Procreate to create the animation.

BEFORE PHOTOGRAPHY
I am skilled in professional photo editing using the software Photoshop to manipulate the photos to look on brand.
I took this photograph and edited it. I also designed the card designs using Photoshop from my own illustrations. I made it look very user-generated to gain trust with the audience.
WEBSITE BUILDING
I can build ecommerce websites using Shopify utilising powerful built-in tools such as menus, widgets, and plugins that help to enhance the design of a website.
I optimised the De Fraine Design Ltd funnel to increase optimisation and upsells, with widgets such as on Customers Also Bought, that increased the order cart value.
Using my design skills and marketing knowledge I can build a website that is creative and also optimised for a high conversion rate.

LANDING PAGE OPTIMISATION AND UPSELLING
I designed a high converting landing pages in Figma, that highly target audiences from Meta adverts will land on.
Up selling and creating scarcity on product website pages on Shopify to increase average order value.

This project involved creating illustrations and a logo using the Adobe Suite and using Procreate to create a box design and pamphlets and copywriting for the box.

Homepage has Norfolk Removals USP, service they offer, reason to buy reason to make enquiry, social proof, credibility, correct keywords from keyword research.
If I was designing a landing page to convert from a paid advertisment, I would remove the navigation bar to avoid distraction and get the potenial user to fill out the contact film CTA that would be placed above the fold as matter of importance.

PROJECT LAUNCHING A NEW CARPET RANGE
Creating a blog post to launch new carpets for a flooring company that has only ever sold wooden flooring. Creating a high ranking blog to gain free organic traffic.
Using websites to discover what potential customers are searching for about carpets and answering their questions with blog posts and inspiring them and directing them to the new carpet range.
Using long tail keywords with high search volume and low to medium competition, found with my Google planner key word research. The KPI is to increase organic search traffic and increase brand awareness that leads in to sales.
