GENERAL INFORMATION BENEFIT FROM THE EXPERIENCES OF YOUR MGMA STATE AFFILIATE PEERS Who should attend The target audience for this conference is officers and paid staff at MGMA state affiliates. Officers, chairs and paid staff may participate in the sessions that will be most helpful to them and their state associations. MGMA also welcomes members not currently involved in state leadership, but who are interested in pursuing such service. Presidents of state associations who have identified future leaders in their association are encouraged to extend an invitation to those individuals. The conference is also open to American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE*) State Forum Representatives to promote the valuable link between state leaders and the ACMPE board certification and Fellowship programs. * ACMPE is the standard-setting and certification body of MGMA.

Pick-up at the airport is on baggage claim level 5 on the west side of the terminal between doors 506 and 508 or on the east side between doors 509 and 511. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. Reimbursement for State Leaders Conference MGMA will waive the registration fee to attend the State Leaders Conference for a maximum of two people from each state’s leadership. In addition, MGMA will provide each state a reimbursement of up to $250 per person for the same two individuals. New this year: ACMPE will waive the registration fee for one ACMPE State Forum Representative from each state organization and provide reimbursement of up to $250 for that individual. Please check with ACMPE staff to verify your eligibility for this discount. Refer to your state association for the reimbursement instructions to submit your request and guidelines for eligible expenses. 10

All attendees are asked to complete a registration form. We encourage states to send more than two representatives. However, a registration fee of $149 will apply for each additional representative.
