The senior town planner's office in Gurugram has also requested that the developer build sign boards designating certain common places (such as parks) for public use and submit a compliance report within one month, according to authorities.

The government has received several complaints from allottees alleging that certain people have encroached upon the green spaces in the dispersed portions of the community, according to senior town planner Narender Solanki.
