At the same time, means the hope of recovery and the lifting of some of the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in 2021. EU Digital COVID Certificate What is the EU Digital COVID Certificate? The EU Digital COVID Certificate is a document, in digital or paper format, which will facilitate the free movement of citizens within the European Union during the covid-19 pandemic, but is neither a precondition for movement nor a real free transit. There are three types of certificates (vaccination, test and recovery) and when traveling, certificate holders
