Summer Vacationer Program

Designed for students in their penultimate year of university who want to experience life at Pitcher Partners and understand what it is like to work in a professional service environment

As a vacationer, you will be supported by a dedicated buddy and manager and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff

Opportunities are available across our practice areas listed below, as well as the Practice Management Group (HR, Marketing, IT, Risk & Compliance)

Graduate pathways

Experience the many career possibilities that working in a full-service accounting and advisory firm offers. You will benefit from a comprehensive 24-month program that builds your breadth and gives you the opportunity to undertake three experiences across the different areas of accounting and business advisory within the firm

• Proof read your application! Make sure the spelling of the employers' name is correct

• Include a brief covering letter expressing why you want a role with that employer

• Be yourself – show your personality!

Across each 8-month experience, learn about a different area of the firm, build your networks, work with a variety of clients and build your technical knowledge

At the end of the program, you’ll know exactly where and how you’d like to deepen your technical expertise as you set a plan for career progression and chart your pathway to leadership at the firm

Be guided by a dedicated buddy, manager, mentor and graduate program manager and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff.
