CREATIVE

GUIDELINES

• Ad units that run above the fold cannot have competitor quotes featured in ad creative. A single quote from a separate trade site will not be approved to run; however, we can accommodate quotes from other publications if there’s more than one quote.

• If creative materials are received late we cannot guarantee test pages.

• If creative materials are received later than 72-hours prior to launch, ad rotations will be cut in half.

• FYC Advertorials - We are NOT able to accommodate clickthrough links to other media sites. Creative changes 24 hours prior to publication. All text changes must be in by stated deadlines or will not be guaranteed.

VIRTUAL SCREENING SERIES

• All events are paid in advance and we ask for 10 days - 2 weeks to promote.

• Clients may request a moderator although we cannot guarantee availability. If we cannot accommodate the request, the Deadline editorial team will provide the most appropriate moderator for the show/film.

• Certain Deadline moderators require an extra fee

MINIMUM SPENDS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimums may apply to be eligible for inventory during the Oscar voting window.

• All FYC campaigns must spend 20% of their Deadline spend on GoldDerby.com

• Participation in Contenders is tied to a $75K minimum spend on Deadline and Gold Derby
