SECTION 3- ELEVATE PROJECT PLAN

Please state the aim/s and quantify the objectives for your Elevate Project. During this project we would like to understand the demand for our product in the ROI market. The result of this should give us the information on the demand within the ROI market from likely customers, the current solutions (if any) they are using for innovation, the likelihood of them using our recognised system and understanding any segmentation in the market for what is a horizontal product. We would like to build a sales pipeline with potential customers and have at least one to two live trials running with a customer at project end.

We have a three stage process that we will use for the project as follows:

1 Consultant educated about the benefits of our software in order to explain it to potential customers.

2 Selection of 20 “top targets” within the market that the consultant will pro-activley engage with to understand who are correct point of contact(s) are, what their current solution is, their interest level in undertaking a demonstration of the product/ undertaking business development meetings. Understand what the difference in demand between public and private sector.

3 Delivering a demonstration and signing up to a pilot project with us.

In your application, you chose the top two priority activities from the list below that would be of greatest benefit to your business as it prepares for market entry.

Explain in detail what tasks need to be undertaken by the Elevate Consultant in order for the 2 activities prioritised above to be achieved, and the consultant time that will be allocated to each task. Where applicable tasks should be quantified.

Sales Leads Generation

Elevate is not intended to be an exclusively paper based exercise and all projects should include an element of sales leads generation. Please provide details of tasks to be undertaken to assist the business to achieve sales leads/meetings.

Consultant will make direct contact with organisations and introduce the product. To find out what their current solution is, their interest level in undertaking a demonstration of the product. Understand what they would be willing to pay.

The consultant will agree sales meetings with those who have shown a sufficient level of demand and set these meetings up for the company to attend.

What are the anticipated outcomes and outputs of the Elevate project for your business? Please explain and quantify.

During this project we would like to validate the demand for our product in the ROI market. The result of this should give us the information on the ROI market for likely customers, the current solutions they are using (if any for planned innovation), the likelihood of them using our product. We initially wish to target our top 20 likely targets in the market and where possible and interest shown, meet with each of these, although we do not anticipate all of these top 20 being receptive to a meeting. We would like to build a sales pipeline with potential customers and have at least one live trial running with a customer at project end. Ultimately we would like to generate additional sales in ROI in year one of approx. £50,000 pa +

SECTION 5- PROJECT COSTINGS

Total project costs should not exceed £5,000 or the Euro equivalent. This amount is inclusive of any travel, accommodation and where applicable, VAT.

Costs should be calculated in the currency of the consultants’ invoice/ registered business.

Any associated project costs above the approved allowance of (£5,000 / € equivalent (VAT inclusive)) must be paid by the Company

By accepting these Terms of Reference, the business hereby agrees to provide InterTradeIreland with project performance information for a period of up to 24 months following the completion date (Section 4).
