General Sale Information — Terms and Conditions The sale will be conducted as a timed online auction. If you would like to view the bulls before the auction, they are available for inspection at the farm in Kansas City, Kansas. Most bidders will want to utilize the Internet to bid online at www. dvauction.com. Please register online at least 24 hours prior to the sale. Call 402-474-5557 for technical support.

Farm Location & Directions: 7065 Gibbs Rd., Kansas City, KS 66106. — From I-70 West of Kansas City, take I-435 South to exit 8A (Holliday Dr), go 2.75 m East to S 71st St., turn South .25 mile to Gibbs Rd., turn East to 2nd driveway on right.

Accommodations: There are 10 hotels within 6 miles of the farm and many are livestock trailer accessible. Call Bob Hart for numbers.

Health Information: All cattle sell with a valid health certificate that will allow shipment anywhere in the continental United States. All cattle are guaranteed to meet health requirements to ship to Canada.

Bulls Health: All bulls will be ready for interstate shipment. They will be BVD tested and had their Lepto shot. In addition, they will have passed a breeding soundness exam along with being poured with an Ivermectin type of product before delivery.

Sight Unseen Policy: We will guarantee the complete satisfaction of all sale lots purchased sight unseen. All bids will be handled with the highest appropriateness and confidentiality.

Volume Discount: 5% on 5 bulls.

Semen Interest: We will be retaining a 1/3 semen interest in all sale bulls, unless otherwise stated.

Trucking: All bulls will be delivered free of charge within 600 miles of the farm. Arrangements can be made for delivery anywhere in the country. Buyers hauling their bulls qualify for a $50 discount on each bull purchased.

Liability: People that participe in sale do so at their own risk, we are not responsible for accidents.

Terms and Conditions: Terms are cash or check, and settlement must be made within 5 days and before the cattle leave the farm. All cattle sell under the terms and conditions suggested by the American Gelbvieh Association. A copy of these can be obtained from the AGA or Bob Hart.

Supplement Sheet: All weights, scrotal measurements, and other supplemental material

will be posted to the DVAuction websites the week of the sale.

Viewing of Sale Cattle: Bulls are available for viewing any time prior to the sale.

Online Bidding: Buyers must register and bid live online at www.dvauction.com. Complete details on live bidding and proxy bidding is available on their website. Easy to follow video tutorials’ are available online also.

Registration Papers: All registration papers on the animals selling are in order and will be transferred to the new owner. Papers will be mailed by the AGA and should be to the new owner in 30-45 days.

EPDS: All EPDs are Genomic Enhanced EPDs and are provided by the American Gelbvieh Association and are current at printing of the sale book.

Supplement Sheet: The supplement sheet will be posted on DVAuction website about one week prior to the bull sale. Any information on the supplement sheet or announced on sale day will take precedence over the catalog.
