The Principals of coonell have a combined 40 years’ previous experience in the construction industry having delivered millions of square feet of quality buildings form all client sectors.

Coonell is very committed to a lower carbon foot print. We do this through our well considered and maintained environmental policies. Our materials are sustainable and are responsibly sourced. Our waste management policies consist of targets set to divert all waste from landfill where possible.

Health & Safety Coonell is committed to the implementation of the highest standard of Health and Safety Procedures on all of our work sites. Our Project Goal is to be ‘Incident and Accident Free’ and to ensure all personnel return home unharmed each day. At Coonell we have a ‘Don’t walk by’ policy where all personnel on site are encouraged to speak up and act positively when they see any issues on our projects. This creates a positive Health and Safety attitude on site and ensures that our safety culture is embedded, inclusive and ultimately “owned” by everyone on site.
