At Coonell we have a ‘Don’t walk by’ policy where all personnel on site are encouraged to speak up and act positively when they see any issues on our projects. This creates a positive Health and Safety attitude on site and ensures that our safety culture is embedded, inclusive and ultimately “owned” by everyone on site.
