Digital Skills Development

It is recognised that during the pandemic and whilst working remotely, some staff may need additional support from their employer. Online staff consultations, including focus groups, are taking place to help shape the support that is available.

As part of this online consultation, a digital survey identified that over a third of staff felt that their mental health and wellbeing had deteriorated as a result of lockdown and home working. In response to this a series of eight focus groups were held to offer support and engage with staff around this issue, with over 60 employees attending.
