Christian Coaching Network Rev. Dr. Gerald Martin, chair of the DCBC Coaching Network explains Christian Coaching and the benefits of coaching in a brief video that was shared during the Annual Gathering. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thoughtprovoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
