Our transaction calendar tracks the details of your contract to ensure that we close on time with all the details handled. We provide you and the Buying party with an outline summarizing time frames of all steps to get to closing and monitor all the contingencies throughout the closing process. When it comes to the sale of your home, my extensive marketing background can get any property sold no matter what the market situation may be. With the explosive popularity of online websites and social media, real estate has shifted to an 'online' focus. And to add, studying the market, crafting a personalized marketing plan and negotiating offers is my nerdy passion.

After graduating from Sacramento State, I started a career in Event Coordination. In the industry I was able to gain and strengthen my skills in time management, organization and

When I transitioned to Real Estate full time, I found that I was able to transfer all of these traits to help better serve my clients and manage the real estate transactions.

Before moving to Sacramento 10 years ago, I was born and raised in Chico. After making the move, I immediately fell in love with all the region has to offer, from the fresh farm-to fork cuisine, outdoor activities, and sporting events. My husband, Blake, and I found our home in Rocklin, which reminded me of my hometown of Chico. Like my hometown, the community boasts gorgeous trees and beautiful parks. In my spare time, you’ll often find me in Tahoe hiking the Tahoe Rim Trail or laying by the lakeshore enjoying the sun. I love to cook, travel, eat tacos, and go wine tasting in all the local wineries, such as Clarksburg, Amador County, or the Placer Wine Trail.
