Dear Dukes and Duchesses Fans,
As we begin another exciting school year, I would like to welcome everyone back on behalf of the Dixon High School Athletic Department! Our student-athletes have worked hard throughout the summer, and we are eager to see them excel on the field, court, track, and beyond.
At Dixon High School, we believe in the holistic development of our students, balancing academic achievements with athletic excellence. Our mission is to provide a positive, competitive environment where student-athletes can thrive, both physically and mentally. We emphasize hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities that will serve them throughout their lives.
At our core, we believe that growth is the key to success. We strive to provide our Student-Athletes with the resources, guidance, and opportunities necessary to reach their full potential. By investing in their physical and mental strength, we lay the foundation for them to excel not only in sports but in all areas of life.
We proudly uphold our #BePurple mentality, emphasizing the importance of Purpose, Unity, Respect, Passion, Leadership, and Excellence in all that we do. Our efforts to educate our student-athletes extend beyond the playing field, as we believe that developing well-rounded individuals is just as essential as achieving success. Through various programs and initiatives, we aim to shape them into leaders who will make a positive impact on their teams, schools, and communities.
United, as a community, we must remember that sportsmanship is at the heart of every competition. Whether on the field, in the stands, or during practice, we ask our fans, parents, and students to represent Dixon High School with respect, integrity, and pride. Let’s continue to support our teams with positivity and class.
