Cast Biographies
Meagan McVey - Senior (Announcer): This is Meagan’s third year in theatre at BHS and 4th show. She loved watching the differences between the two casts and rehearsals. She hopes that you will enjoy the performances if you see both casts. She would like to thank her understudy Emily for being able to bounce ideas off and her friends for letting her practice her lines with them. She’d love to thank all of you for coming to the show and reading the program and bios!
Sheyann Carpenter - Junior (Understudy for Cannibal Queen): This is Sheyann’s 4th year of theatre and her 5th show at Belvidere High School. She is so excited to be in this show and is so proud of what everyone has accomplished during this show. She wants to thank everyone who has supported her through thick and thin. Thank you and enjoy the show!
Jasper Floyd - Senior (D Vicious): Jasper is so excited you came to see the show! His love for theater and the arts has brought him to this moment, performing for you to see how far he’s come. He can’t wait for you to see him up stage, and hopes that this show is a show to remember!
Ethan Savage - Senior (Facebender): This is their 6th show. Yes. Only Six. They are absolutely in love with this show and is so happy that we are all really good friends. (Even if we don’t get anything done) Being the president of Thespians has really made them realize that theatre is a passion. We all hope that you enjoy the show. And whatever you do. Brad Garrett - Junior (Shreddy Eddy): Brad is very excited to be involved in his very first production as an actor! He was a pit instrumentalist for Anastasia and decided to try acting in plays for his junior year and on. He’s enjoyed the show a lot so far and is excited for everyone watching to enjoy the show.
Matt Turnipseed - Junior (Shreddy Eddy): Matthew is very happy to be in Airness, during the time practicing for Airness he might’ve achieved airness himself. Matthew is very happy for the plays and musicals up to come and had fun with everyone in the cast and would like to work with them again.
Jarett Gordon - Junior (Golden Thunder): Airness is JT’s first show at Belvidere High School! He is very excited to put on this spectacular and hilarious show for his friends, family, and everyone else in the audience. He truly hopes you enjoy the show and hopes he doesn’t freeze onstage as it is his first performance. So please enjoy this awesome show!
Gabriel Yates - Sophomore (Understudy for Facebender): Airness is Gabriel’s fourth show at Belvidere High School. He is very happy to be a part of this amazing cast and is excited to perform with them. He has had so much fun during this production and would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him through it. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Eb Scimeca - Senior (Cannibal Queen): Airness will be Eb’s 6th show at Belvidere High School, 7th overall. The entire cast has been working rigorously and can’t wait to give you all a rockin’ performance! Eb has been super pumped for this show, how could they not? 90s grunge rock? BUC YEAH!!! Enjoy the show!
Emma Cordray - Senior (Understudy for The Nina): Emma’s very happy (but also saddened) to be in the first of her last shows at BHS. This will be her 9th show at BHS, and 20th show in theatre overall. She is also excited to see lots of the newer theatre students in the show, and who the theatre program will be in the hands of next year. Thank you, and enjoy the show!
Roberto Ochoa - Freshman (Golden Thunder Understudy): Father. Lover. Hater. Brother. This man does it all. Roberto Ochoa LIVES by the saying, “Live, Laugh, Love” It has brought him through the toughest of times, like when he was wrongfully accused of NOT tipping his waiter. 2% is MORE than enough! He was also very ecstatic to be able to announce JUST NOW that he is ever so thankful that he was recognized as the student of the week in 1st grade! OH! ALSO, HE HAS THOROUGHLY ENJOYED HIS

Paige Niemic - Sophomore (Understudy for Sprite Executive): Airness is Paige’s second play at BHS, and it’s her 6th show overall. Based on her experiences in those previous shows, she hopes that the performance of Airness will be just as exciting as the others! She wants to thank her friends for making theatre an enjoyable experience, and she wants to thank her family for always supporting her. She hopes you enjoy the show and its epic music selection!
Sophia Adams - Senior (The Nina): Airness will be Sophia’s 4th show at Belvidere High School. She is grateful to have gotten a lead role and watching her cast members grow throughout this process was a very proud and memorable time. Airness is a show of drama, comedy, and love and she hopes you enjoy each and every moment.
Natilee Chaney - Sophmore (Sprite Executive): This is Natilee’s 3rd show at BHS. She is very excited to play a role that brings off a director’s point of view as well as sees how such a crazy show can be implemented within a high school theater. She is very keen on being able to work with such an amazing cast, to bring out a great show.
Emily Van Kell - Junior (Announcer): This is Emily’s fourth show at BHS, but her first understudy role. Her mom is her #1 fan and supporter! She would like to say thank you, mom! Also thanks to Meagan for being the inspiration for this role! Enjoy the show!
Michaela McClain-Smith - Sophomore (Hooded Figure): Now introducing the one! The only! Hooded Figure!! Airness is Michaela’s 6th show. She is so happy to be a part of this amazing cast! She’s a total dark horse ready to come at you with an amazing performance! Rock on!! Enjoy the show!

Dylan Freund - Junior (Stage Manager/Light Designer): This is Dylan’s third show with BHS, the first as SM and light designer, and she is super excited for you all to see the show. She has loved helping create this show and watching the cast create this show, and loved working with her wonderful ASM’s Gabe and Sophie. This cast and crew have worked so hard and made this show as amazing as it is. Enjoy the show!
Sophie Leese - Senior (Assistant Stage Manager): This is Sophie’s fifth show here at BHS, and second as an assistant stage manager. They are so excited to be a part of such a fun show! They would like to thank their family for always supporting them, the cast, as well as Dylan and Gabe for being such amazing fellow stage managers. They hope you love the show!
Gabe Inniss - Junior (Assistant Stage Manager/Master Carpenter): This is Gabe’s 5th show at BHS. He was previously the Sound Console Operator for Theory of Relativity and Trap, as well as the Stage Manager for One Stoplight Town. He would like to thank the cast and crew for their hard work and dedication. Gabe would also like to give a special thanks to Sophie and Dylan for being the best fellow stage managers he could ask for. Please enjoy the show.
Noah Cresson - Senior (Crew): This is Noah’s 4th show at BHS and his first time on the crew! Noah has enjoyed helping build the set and run the soundboard for Airness and had a great time working with all of the crew. He hopes you enjoy the show. Angie Rodriguez - Sophomore (Crew/Cameras): This is Angie’s third show with BHS, the first on the crew, and they are super excited for you all to see the show. Jordan King - Junior (Crew): Jordan is excited to have Airness be his first show. He has had a great time working with Gabe and Noah on building the bar. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Ashtyn Graham - Senior (Crew): This is Ashtyn’s third show with BHS. She is so excited to be a part of this production. She participates in BHS’s choir classes and color guard.
