FRAMERATE: Desert Pulse, a multi-sensory art exhibit by ScanLAB Projects, invites visitors into the visual and emotional energy of the Sonoran Desert. Through thought-provoking art installations, the exhibit offers a striking visual journey that celebrates the desert's breathtaking complexity. Blending 3D LiDAR scanning, motion and sound to reveal vivid, immersive visuals captured over the course of a year, Desert Pulse invites you to explore the beauty, diversity and changing nature of the desert environment.
Founded in 2010 by Matthew Shaw and William Trossell, ScanLAB Projects is a London-based studio working at the intersection of art, technology and ecology.
