MARKETING PLAN

BahamasTurnkey Solutions sets itself apart from its competitors by offering different varieties of products and services. Our marketing strategy will be creative and consists of manipulating the marketing mix variables of Price, Place, Promotion and Product to extract maximum earnings from the market, while delivering customer value in the most effective way possible.

Pricing Strategy

Our pricing strategy consists of product line pricing; determining the prices of a product based on their different features. We base our pricing on the model of machine and the weight/capacity. Pricing also depends on what special features and merchandise added. For example, a small vending machine with snacks would cost less than a medium or large vending machine with snacks because of it’s capacity, weight, and variety of product supplies within the machine. Products with high quality branding are likely to be more expensive. We are going to be pricing our products (snacks within the vending machines) at a price that are competitive with other branding stores. We will also include the pricing of shipping.

Positioning

When customers think of our company, our goal for our image and brand is to have them think reliable, high quality, and convenient. In marketing we want customers to know that our vending machines are fully customized with a variety of their favorite snacks. We support their hunger needs by providing the products that they want and by making certain that we maintain the vending machines. We provide our vending machines with high quality products and make certain that the stall dates are checked before placing them in the machines.

Promotion

BahamasTurnkey Solutions will use its social media and web platforms to promote its product offerings in the marketplaces in New Providence. At its key distribution outlet in new Providence, the firm will have various promotional and product sampling days, to promote the product. The features of the machine will also be demonstrated for customers on these days. Employee Incentive Programs will be experienced through our NayakApp (i.e. Free Beverage, Giveaways, Prizes, Guessing Games, DidYou Know? And so much more.

We will place advertisements throughout the airport, a banner ad will be placed next to each machine with monthly promotions. We will also advertisement at key locations in the terminal.
