Conditions for the success of organizational changes - dive in tactical space of changes, which ensure the success under the conditions of objective resistance to changes; the constructive role of organizational conflicts and some principles of reasonable conduct in them when managing are shown; the appearance of the organization reflective environment in companies in which the changes occur calmer and more effective is presented. The development of concepts in state’s innovation management, evaluation of the realization of Federal target programs, Corporate universities for LUKOIL Oil Company, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, development and support programs for organizational changes in major banks and other business enterprises in Russia and friendly countries constitute a large part of Andrey Teslinov’s experience. In different periods of professional practice he has appeared as the senior systems analyst of the Scientific consulting corporation conceptual studies MetaSintez; the senior expert ROSKONSULT Company; the senior business consultant and expert in the Institute of Economics and Social Policy Fund; the visiting Professor of the International University and several business schools.
