Aritzia Retail

This flagship Aritzia reimagines retail through an elevated, sensory experience rooted in contrast and harmony. The women’s section draws from LA’s clean, trend-forward aesthetic—where minimalism meets warmth. Smooth, organic, plaster walls soften the space—evoking calm, lightness, and an understated luxury. In contrast, the men’s section takes a masculine approach that carries the same design language but is grounded in the brand’s Vancouver origins—natural textures, rocky, moody, and immersive. Introducing a men’s section for the first time—complete with a barber, bar and a new perfume bar for women—the experience becomes more inclusive and thoughtful. Upstairs, the café and event space bring both worlds together, offering a place to pause, connect, and unwind. This concept is designed for a mature clientele, craving refinement in their environment.

Acronym

High End Retail

Step into Acronym’s world—where legend becomes luxury. In its first-ever flagship, the German luxury label transforms a Montreal address into a cinematic underworld. Rooted in ancient folktale, the space draws you into a realm where two siblings flee the grip of water nixies. Each zone becomes a rite of passage; from scorched deserts, to glacial peaks—the interiors echo a story of defiance, transformation, and survival. At the heart of it all, a shape-shifting café/bar/bistro. More than a resting place, it’s the epicenter where the legend begins. Adjacent to it, a pop-up area keeps the story alive—ever-evolving, never predictable. Welcome to the future of high-end retail. Welcome to Acronym.

Every design is crafted in their Montreal studio, and utilises traditional lino block printing techniques. Atelier Nature Morte deeply cares about sustainability and uses the finest materials.

Thank you to artist Sarah Kestenberg for her generosity, time and artistry! Sarah went above and beyond in sharing her skills by fascilitating a poppy workshop with our graduating class. She spent countless hours coordinating our needs for the workshop, ordering and hand-dying all of the crepe paper and preparing all of the supplies.

In teaching our students a new skill, they were able to design and hand-make the large scale poppies that you see throughout our event space! Thank you, Sarah, for helping to foster our creativity!
