HQ & The Gallery is where urban-chic, and elevated luxury meet in the heart of High Point, NC. Original construction dating back to 1926, this timeless, multi building property has been reinvented by artist and owner Dawn Sweitzer.
HQ, the heartbeat of the property, with a capacity of 150 people, is a 5600 square-foot space, lovingly restored with original exposed brick walls, an exquisite wood barreled ceiling, and original hardwood floors all retained for a touch of old-world style, making this the perfect blend of historic charm and modern design to suit upscale events and private parties. Inside, the newly renovated, second story Lounge offers anintimate escape where the happy couple can sneak away to steal a moment, and sink into luxurious furnishings while sipping champagne at the private bar.
Set opposite from HQ, is The Gallery. Abundant in historic charm, with a capacity of 75 people, a 1900 square foot exposed brick building, wrapped with original windows and flooded with natural light. The natural glow illuminating the room draws rich tones from its design evoking awe in all who experience it. Ideal for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hour, or additional seating The Gallery offers endless possibilities for your special day.
While outside, guests can enjoy our European inspired Gardens, perfect for an outdoor cocktail hour that features a remarkable, 30 ft, concrete, sunken wood burning firepit with custom comfort furnishings. Guests can sip cocktails in the fresh air and cultivate enchanting moments by firelight while relaxing under the stars.
Our dedicated and professional team is delighted to assist you with sourcing preferred local vendors and caterers for your special day. The venue also includes exclusive Valet parking, a prep kitchen for catering teams, wireless internet, wheelchair access and an on-site attendant to ensure a seamless experience.

Artist and Entrepreneur Dawn Sweitzer single handedly curates, procures and designs your seasonal floral arrangements throughout the spaces of your event. Includes (2) thirty minute consultations and (1) design presentation for approval.
