NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND BONDS TO BE ISSUED PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Bountiful, Utah (the "Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") declaring its intention to issue its Sales Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2009 (the "Series 2009 Bonds") pursuant to the Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, and the Utah Refunding Bond Act, Title 11, Chapter 27, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended and to call a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Series 2009 Bonds. TIME, PLACE AND LOCATION OF PUBLIC HEARING The Issuer shall hold a public hearing on November 10, 2009, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing is at the City of Bountiful Offices at 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah.
