The Colour Mentoring program is a global initiative by Davines that aims to guide passionate hairdressers and talented colourists through immersive workshops and inspiring programs that will help them create beautiful and sustainable colour results. You will learn how to maximize the use of the products in your Davines toolbox, while nurturing your artistic spirit and fostering professional growth.

Colour Mentoring
You‘ve got to know the rules before you can bend them. Color Mentoring Origin is more than just a learning environment; it’s a journey to mastering hair colour mixology. Guided by an experienced Colour Mentoring Mentor, you‘ll discover and deepen your understanding of each shade position on the colour mentoring wall to expand your mixology skills. This is your opportunity to befriend shades you may have never used before and the possibility of getting seriously creative. Throughout the program you will gain knowledge with a better understanding of the science behind the products in the Davines colour toolbox.
Ideal for hairdressers or colourists, Colour Mentoring Origin offers a platform that will empower you to master any hair colour challenge with elevated formulation skills. Requirementfor participation: Proficiency in written and spoken English, Davines colorists with at least 3 years experience on the Davines color portfolio, Blond Expert or comparable education level from another company desired.

Roch Lemay
Roch is a celebrated colour expert and mentor who has empowered other hair professionals with his knowledge and skills for over 30 years. He received the prestigious NAHA and Contessa Hair Colourist of the Year awards in 2001 for his vision and exceptional work in hair colour. His background in graphic art influenced him to excel in the art and science of hair colour. He became part of the Davines family in 2017 and created the Colour Mentoring Interactive Learning Space, a globally recognised program that mentors hairdressers to become colour mixologists. Most recently, he was recognised with the Color Innovator of the Year award from Davines in 2024 for his vision and contribution to the brand.
