WHAT WE DID
TATTU
Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh
Davies Partnership were proudly appointed by the restaurant chain to deliver the full MEP design for each of their restaurants in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and most recently, Edinburgh.
The award-winning restaurants provide guests with a modern Asian-fusion experience allowing those to dine under a tunnel
of Sakura blossom and enjoy an exclusive infused menu of traditional Asian flavours.
MEP highlights from the projects include commercial kitchen ventilation with specialist smoke and odour control suitable for low level discharge in a city centre environment, VRF air conditioning, and restaurant mechanical ventilation. Additionally, Davies Partnership carried out quality inspections during the construction phase of the projects.

Situated within the ground floor of a multi-storey office development on New Bailey Street, Menagerie is a stunning Contemporary American Restaurant & Bar providing guests with an immersive dining and drinking experience. Founded by Owner and Managing Director Karina Jadhav in 2016, the restaurant was one of the first to offer experiential dining which has seen an increased trend over recent years.
Davies Partnership were appointed to carry out the construction phase monitoring duties and undertook the detailed design of the MEP services for the project including mechanical ventilation, heating/ cooling, water services, electrical distribution, general lighting, and fire alarm installation. Plant space was at a premium, therefore close co-ordination was required with the architect and interior designer to ensure all items of equipment could be easily maintained without impacting the visual appearance. As with any restaurant project, co-ordination with the kitchen specialist with regards to the ventilation system was key.
Issho restaurant is part of the new build £165M Victoria Gate development and comprises a 7,807 square foot highend Japanese restaurant, located on the top floor of the development, complete with roof terrace dining.


Davies Partnership were appointed to provide MEP design and site quality inspections for the restaurant. The team delivered the project successfully and achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, this challenging project included finding a solution for roof plant space with the landlord due to other tenants having installed their plant in the space allocated for D&D.
Our sustainability team led on the low carbon design and prepared the Part L compliance models, with MEP highlights including commercial kitchen ventilation, MVHR ventilation systems, feature lighting, and complex Building Management System.
ISSHO LeedsLANGDALE Cumbria
The Langdale Hotel & Spa resort lies in the heart of the English Lake District offering a choice of accommodation, fitness, and leisure facilities including a stunning restaurant and bar.

Davies Partnership have been involved with several projects on The Langdale Estate including the refurbishment of the reception, restaurant, and spa facility.
Works included relocating the hotel reception and management office involving a small extension, a complete refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension of the hotel restaurant to form a new all day dining and lounge offer along with the reconfiguration of the kitchen, and the refurbishment to form a dual level spa featuring a new indoor and outdoor pool. An MEP highlight involved the installation of a Josper charcoal oven.
VICINITY - THE TOWER HOTEL London
Located adjacent to Tower Bridge, The Tower Hotel offers 801 rooms and a range of restaurants and bars all with fantastic views of central London.

Davies Partnership are delighted to have been heavily involved in a number of projects on this flagship Hotel for several years on a continued basis.
In 2018, we provided MEP design duties for the stunning Vicinity Bar and Restaurant which is located on the ground floor of the hotel offering an iconic view of the Thames and Tower Bridge.
