CHEVAL GLOUCESTER PARK London

Featuring a combination of 98 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, the scheme also included 3 fivebedroom penthouses with the ground floor comprising a Library, fully equipped Gym, and Cinema.

Davies Partnership were appointed to design the MEP services, and
were retained during the construction phase to review and comment on the Contractors design proposals, carry out regular site quality inspections, and witness commissioning.
MEP highlights include new electrical installation throughout, installation of VRF heat pump heating and cooling, new domestic water pipework, and ventilation systems. The project was successfully handed over early 2020.

WHAT THEY SAID

I have been working with Davies Partnership for over a decade and had no hesitation in appointing them to undertake the design of the mechanical and electrical services for the major bedroom extension and part refurbishment at our Lincoln hotel. Their professional approach and practical knowledge produces value for money co-ordinated design solutions to meet our brief and provide clear system installation details which is a key requirement for the construction phase.

They have shown commitment, added value and have been driven by a solution focused mentality adopting a great attention to detail. In particular, Tony & Richard have drawn on their many years of experience which has been of immeasurable importance to the project team throughout the M&E design. They have been a great asset to the project team during construction and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
