We are a client-focussed Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy that aims to create a better built environment through sustainable design solutions and technical expertise. We offer a full range of services from detailed MEP services design, feasibility, commissioning management, helping clients navigate their roadmaps to Carbon Neutrality and the entire spectrum in between.

Essentially, we create the best possible solutions for our clients putting the heartbeat and functionality into buildings, creating safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environments for those who use them.

Buildings by their nature are diverse and at Davies Partnership we like to take a fresh approach to each project.

We Listen closely to our clients and work to establish a firm brief and a solid base from which we form a clear strategy, bringing a proactive approach coupled with a wide range of multi sector knowledge and a depth of practical and technical expertise.

WHO WE WORK FOR

Our client base is incredibly diverse and ranges from Blue Chip, Developers, Main and Sub Contractors to Public and Private clients all over the UK , but one thing we are extremely proud of is that over 80% of our appointments are from repeat business.

Our clients also come from several frameworks on which we are currently engaged, including JV North, Torus, Procure Partnerships, Your Housing Group, ADRA, NPS, and NHSSBS.
