WHAT WE DID
NWRFCA HQ - ALTCAR TRAINING CAMP
Liverpool
The project involved the construction of a new 2-storey office block for the North West Reserve Forces & Cadets Association (NWRFCA).
Davies Partnership were appointed by the client to develop the MEP performance specification, with our Sustainability team leading on the low carbon design preparing the Part L compliance models

including ‘As Designed’ and ‘As Built’ BRUKL reports and Energy Performance Certificate using IES Dynamic Simulation Modelling.
Air source heat pumps provide heating and hot water whilst VRF heat pumps provide both heating and cooling to the office accommodation.
HWB CYFLE ADULT DAY CARE CENTRE
Flintshire
This new-build facility provides a single-storey adult day care centre specialising in community daytime facilities and social care services for vulnerable adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities.

Davies Partnership were engaged by Kier Construction to prepare the MEP design using REVIT MEP 3D CAD software working in collaboration with the Architect and Structural engineer within the 3D environment. Quality inspections were carried out during the construction phase with MEP highlights including high efficiency gas fired condensing boilers, low energy lighting, and radiant panel heating.
AIRBUS BELUGA LINE STATION

Broughton
Davies Partnership were appointed to provide full MEP design and project management duties for this state of the art BLS facility which was the second delivered as part of the wider European Fly10K project to enable Airbus to increase capacity and to store and load wings into their Beluga fleet more efficiently.
Our design team were invited to Hamburg on a look and learn mission to discuss with our German colleagues lessons learnt from the first scheme at Hamburg’s Final Assembly Line plant. Valuable lessons that were implemented on the Broughton scheme.
Davies Partnership have worked extensively for this prestigious client for over a decade and have completed multiple high profile schemes with this being the flagship.
CCBC Offices
Colwyn Bay
The new Conwy County Borough Council offices in Colwyn Bay represent a major investment by the Authority. The offices are designed to bring most of the Councils services under one roof and be accessible for all the local community to use.

Davies Partnership are proud to have been appointed by the Council to act on their behalf as Technical Consultants during the procurement, Contractor selection and construction phases of this prestigious project.
PLAZA 1821 Liverpool
Located on the Liverpool waterfront at Princes Dock and suitably named after the year in which it opened, Plaza 1821 is a residential development comprising 105 one and twobedroom apartments along with ground floor commercial units.
Davies Partnership were appointed in a dual capacity on this project, initially to act a client advisor for Regenda on the PRS apartment scheme and secondly to design the MEP services within the ground floor commercial units to meet the clients fit out requirements. Commercial Unit 1 is to be fitted out for Moose Coffee with work ongoing, whilst Commercial Unit 2 was fitted out as a Residents Lounge, Staff Office, and associated WC.

WHAT THEY SAID

The Adult Day Care Centre represents the first involvement of Kier with Davies Partnership and I would not hesitate to recommend that we work together again where the right opportunity arises. I have found Davies Partnership to be competent, collaborative and comprehensive with their design and easily the best performing consultant on the project.
Matthew Jones Project Manager, Kier ConstructionDavies Partnership were a valued member of the design team ensuring the mechanical and electrical services met the clients detailed brief. Their proactive and collaborative approach during the project meant the installation was completed successfully and to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending Davies Partnership for other similar projects.
