Project: Minimal Modern 3-Bedroom.
A personal project with a brief of 3-bedroom all ensuit, client wants an open curve stair hall, ante-room. I realise how important I have to make this design, minimal, and of to fit client budget, this made me introduce a skylight running across the roof and exterior wall of the master bedroozm, giving its a simple yet a luxury and aestheics.
This modern 3-bedroom home fits fine for ample natural light. The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and a quartz countertop. Each bedroom is spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, A private backyard and smart home technology complete this contemporary oasis.

Project: Tennis Court for Massive Kola Balogun in Lagos Island.
Massive Kola Balogun Arena. a serene setting, this tennis court designed for relaxation seamlessly blends sport and tranquility. The court is surrounded by lush greenery, with tall, swaying trees providing a natural shade.
Soft, cushioned surfaces replace the traditional hard courts, creating a more forgiving and comfortable environment. It includes a mini bar, for audience to sip wine and watch the game.

A royal building with premium finishing designed for chiefs and kings to have confidential meetings.The meeting hall serves as a prestigious venue for a range of events, from exclusive board meetings to community gatherings. The proximity of residential apartments enhances the community spirit, as residents have the convenience of a sophisticated meeting venue just steps away, facilitating the hosting of events and fostering a sense of togetherness.
Each apartment serves as a haven of opulence and comfort, featuring expansive layouts, premium finishes, and breathtaking panoramic views. The flawless integration of the meeting hall and residential spaces creates a distinctive living experience, allowing residents to effortlessly shift between work and leisure in the embrace of their royal residence.

Project: A luxury Bathroom with Quality Finishing
Decided to give a feel of pulence within this luxurious bathroom adorned with impeccable quality finishes. The radiant ambiance is elevated by a tasteful blend of yellow and gold accents, creating an atmosphere of regal warmth.
From the gilded fixtures to the golden-hued marble surfaces, every detail in this indulgent space reflects a commitment to lavish design and the clients desired color.
Project: A simple Dinning with Natural and Unique Colors
The client who is friend of mine, needed a vibrant space but not too colorful. I took the picture of the existing building and concluded with this.
I describe the dinning space as place you will step in and see simplicity, where natural and unique colors seamlessly intertwine. The walls adorned in earthy tones evoke a sense of tranquility, while the wooden dining table, in its raw and untouched beauty, serves as the focal point. The chairs, dressed in velvet green and gold steel legs, complement the surroundings with a touch of elegance.
Project: Hotel Bedroom in a VIP Guest House.
This is render with 3Dsmax to show client of how each of the rooms for VIP guest bedroom will look in his Hotel.
We have decided to make it feel like home for VIP guest, comprises of double bed, good lighting and natural grey tone finishing.
It show how the exterior lighting, the chandelier and the wall lights comes together to make looks unique, standard and relaxing. This will give a feel of warmth and relaxtion of guest to my client hotel.
Project: Logo Branding
This are selected works of company I have done full branding for, giving them face and identity towards their aspiring customers.
My client ranges from tech companies, hair making business, fashion industry, cultural groups, architectural and interior firms, down to logistics to mention few among others.
I have been been building design for brand over ten years and this is because i started as a graphic designer while studying architecture.
This creative skill of mine as creative brand designer has made me stand out among colleagues, with in-depth knowledge of presentations, colors and graphical representations.
