PROGRAM OVERVIEW: C3Gifts.com is specifically designed to simplify the management and execution of the event apparel process for event organizers, while eliminating inventory risk. This site was developed to significantly enhance the selection, satisfaction, and overall experience for the event participants.

• All product selections shipped directly to the participant free of charge.

Program Details: • Cost Structure: o The event organizer pays $50 for an event card redeemable for up to $100 by the participant on the C3Gifts.com website. o All event cards, envelopes, individual participant sticker codes and an excel listing of the codes for assignment to participants will be provide at free of charge to event manager as part of the $50 per participant fee. o Example: 144 Person Event ▪ Event Manager’s Cost: 144 Participants x $50 Cost = $7,200 ▪ No Other Fees Apply

Each participant event cards includes free domestic regular ground shipping directly to the to the participant. o Cancellation Fee: Should the event be cancelled following formal written commitment, a nominal 5% fee equal to the initial purchased event value will apply.

Event Manager Commitment and Billing: o Event manager must provide written commitment of participation no less than 15 business days prior to the event. o C3 Brands will deliver all event materials no less than 5 business days prior to the event date. o C3 Brands will bill the value of the event cards purchased to the event manager on the event date. Net 30-day terms will apply based on credit qualification.

Event Card Terms and Usage: o Each event card will be active and ready for use upon receipt by the event manager. o Each event card is valid for 90 days from the date of the event for participant usage. o Free domestic ground shipping is included with each card for the item(s) selected. o The $100 coupon value pertains only to value of C3 Products.

▪ Should a participant’s selection(s) exceed the $100 product value, the participant will pay this difference via credit card at checkout.

▪ Applicable taxes, if any, must be paid by the participant via credit card at checkout. o The coupon card is valid only for a single transaction.

▪ Any unused coupon card balance will be forfeited following check-out. o Only one card / code can be used per transaction. o The coupon code will be entered at the time of website checkout. o C3 Brands is not responsible for, nor will it reimburse, the event manager or participant for lost, stolen, or expired cards.

Product Exchanges: o Participants can return items for a product exchange, but not a refund. o All C3gifts.com transactions will be for product exchanges of equal or greater value.

Logoing: • Event / product logoing options are not currently available by C3gift.com system.

• Should the event manager want to offer post event logoing options, this logoing would be managed locally by the event manager as a service to their participants following the participant’s receipt of the apparel.

Event Organizer Materials Provided: • The event kit will include the following items for assembly and dissemination by the event manager. o Gift cards equal to the number of codes / cards purchased. o Peel and stick labels with 1 unique code to affix to each card.

A spreadsheet including all participant codes for event manager assignment and management.
