Numbers don’t lie. Our SocialLite manager will host meetings with you every month to review data, identify areas of opportunity and discuss content needs for upcoming month.
The fun part and let’s be honest, this is our bread and butter! We will craft your unique story via:
◆ 3 or 4 newsfeed posts aligning with hospitality best practices for optimal results per week encompassing both original visuals and user generated captures
◆ 2 or 4 Instagram Stories per week incorporating guest regrams as well as original templates created within Canva or InDesign
◆ Strategic, individuallyresearched hashtags will be utilized to optimize post performance
Utilizing Sprout Social platform, we will slate content to publish for the upcoming month during optimal engagement times. A live link to content calendar will be shared with you for review during the last week of each month and you’ll have 72 hours to provide feedback.
Through proactive engagement on Instagram via geotag, tagged and hashtags, we will identify content that is aesthetically cohesive to your brand channels and request user proper permission to share photos. Once collected, we will save and store assets in a centralized location.
“You Can’t Improve What You Can’t Measure!” As stewards of Davidson’s core value of creating value in everything you do, we hold ourselves accountable and therefore, use Sprout Social to analyze monthly performance. We share these with you by the 5th of each month reflecting previous month results.
We will respond to all comments and DMs on your behalf reactively; and most importantly, we will proactively engage with your community daily to stay front and center in the algorithm.
Included in the program scope, we will vet all inbound leads that are received within the Instagram native platform (*within reason, subject to change).
NOTE: We recommend one social media photography shoot per year to invigorate, refresh and enhance your social feeds with high quality, engaging content.
*THE FINE PRINT:
◆ Enrollment occurs October 1 annually for upcoming year (exceptions will be made case-by-case for newly transitioned hotels)
◆ For any dispositions, 60 days’ notice required. Any enrolled hotel must be in the program for a minimum of 90 days.
◆ This should be a true partnership. Hotels are responsible for surfacing content and must remain in regular contact with social media manager to ensure they are set-up for success. Onboarding consists of a detailed intake form to outline goals, priorities and objectives for the year.
A common misconception is that properties with an onsite marketing manager don’t need to engage a social media solution. That is far from the case! In fact, we LOVE when there’s a champion on the ground to collaborate with.

Shifting social media to a task that they manage versus execute directly allows marketers to reallocate their time to focus on supporting topline revenue goals, managing robust digital campaigns, in addition to creating activations and strengthen local partnerships that will ultimately lead to more revenue and direct conversion that we can measure.
On property MM can optimize their presence on the ground; post Instagram Stories in real time, such as live weather updates (snow on the mountains), restaurant menu specials, activations, pop-ups, etc.
SL team is able to focus on bigger picture strategy and evergreen content as opposed to hyper specifi c specials or one-time activations. This creates dimension in the strategy to help keep existing followers while also gaining new ones.
Marketing managers are generalists, and some are simply not as well-versed in managing social media channels nor do they have the skills to capture compelling photography and video. We are happy to provide a cost eff ective solution that fi lls the gaps while simultaneously providing education and best practices.

Margaritaville Hotel Nashville has achieved consistent growth and high engagement rates since August 2022, driven by SocialLite’s understanding of their audience and commitment to quality content. The strategy of showcasing an authentic Nashville vibe combined with Margaritaville’s relaxed atmosphere has resonated well with both new and repeat visitors.
By engaging followers through compelling storytelling, quality content and responsive communication, Margaritaville Hotel Nashville has not only amplified its digital presence but also strengthened guest loyalty.
SocialLite orchestrated the social media brand transition from Kimpton Key West to the Key West Historic Inns Collection, including a comprehensive overhaul of the Instagram profile, imagery, and content strategy. Retaining and growing the existing follower base while attracting new audiences posed a significant challenge amidst the rebranding process.
Through captivating visuals and immersive storytelling, we unveiled each of the historical buildings while ensuring guests they would be met with the same vibrant hotel they have always known and experienced. The efforts of SocialLite and Key West Historic Inns Collection yielded positive outcomes within the first month of the rebranding campaign.
Influencer Collaboration / Giveaway
In an effort to generate buzz for the holiday season and activities at Wave Resort, the team orchestrated a giveaway in collaboration with a local influencer who focuses on events throughout New Jersey and has an audience of 179K. The prize included a two-night stay, spa treatment and dinner for two at the hotel’s restaurant.
The audience size grew by over 15% over the course of the week, as well as 128% increase in link in bio clicks, and a 1.3% increase in the number of engagements.

In an effort to boost brand visibility and engagement, we proactively facilitated an influencer collaboration for Wyndham Grand Jupiter – their first ever. SocialLite selected an influencer whose engaged audience aligned with the client’s target demographic. The influencer created a high-quality collaboration Reel that highlighted the client’s brand, generating excitement and interest.
