Digital pylon signage opportunities are available at the following properties (per the terms of a separate agreement which may include a monthly fee): Metro Centre at Owings Mills, Red Run Centre, Belair Beltway Plaza, Brookside Commons, Lansdowne Station, Valley Village, Woodholme Square, and Windsor Park Shopping Center.
If you decide to advertise on the digital pylon at your property you will need to provide sign creative in PDF format that includes only the following: your business' logo, one line of additional text, phone number OR website, and any social media icons. Specs to design your sign can be provided by Amanda Weaver (aweaver@davidsbrown.com) upon request.
Let us help you shine on social media! We love showcasing our tenants and their achievements on social media platforms. Feel free to tag us in your content or provide images for us to share.
We'll help you celebrate your milestones and events such as Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies, Grand Opening Events, or Anniversary Celebrations. Additionally, we will amplify your business across our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter channels as appropriate.
DSB is committed to fostering community engagement. Our marketing division can assist you with resources for coordinating grand opening events and ribbon-cutting ceremonies with local chambers of commerce. Additionally, we host various community events such as farmers markets and holiday festivals, offering vendor spaces to our tenants at a cost.

By participating in the DSB Perks Program, you commit to offering a discount of between 10% to 20% to David S. Brown employees at your location. This exclusive offer is a fantastic way to attract new customers and build loyalty among our staff.
To help promote your participation in the program, David S. Brown will provide you with a door cling that clearly identifies your store as a participating retailer for the DSB Perks Program. This will ensure that our employees recognize and take advantage of the special discounts you offer.
Upon your inclusion in the DSB Perks Program, we'll send out an email notification to all David S. Brown employees, informing them about your location and the exclusive discounts available to them.
This will drive foot traffic to your store and increase awareness of your offerings among our workforce.
Your location will also be featured in the DSB Perks flyer, which is distributed internally and prominently displayed in break rooms and common areas across our properties. This exposure will further promote your business to our employees and encourage them to visit your store.
When visiting your location, David S. Brown employees will present their DSB Perks key card, which includes a QR code. This QR code displays a list of all participating retailers, making it easy for employees to discover and patronize businesses like yours.
