API 1169 Certification Audie Price Inspection, Inc. is a member of the American Petroleum Institute and recognizes the importance of the API 1169 certification for all inspectors.

Since July of 2016 Audie Price has paid 100% of our inspectors PASSED API 1169 test, as a value added benefit to our clients! We put in place this internal, industry leading program to assist & encourage our inspectors to take the API 1169 test. We offer this to each and every inspector, for every company we work for.

We are closely monitoring our API 1169 testing stats and are continually encouraging our inspection staff to take advantage of this opportunity.

As a member of the American Petroleum Institute, we are also able to provide to all of our employees other industry-related certifications at discounted rates.

Audie Price Weld Test Facility In addition to our Inspection Services, Audie Price Inspection has a well-established Weld Test Facility, at our Kingfisher Oklahoma location which is run by a full time, on-site AWS/CWI inspector. He is assisted by other testing technicians and welding inspectors, allowing many welders to test per day, if needed. Our testing facility is self-contained on site with several bays to keep welders out of the weather and a large area to accommodate many tests simultaneously. We routinely take care of welding/welder qualification needs for oil and gas clients nation-wide. API Is a licensed Weld Test Facility by the State of Oklahoma and is able to give the Oklahoma State Test (which is required in order to weld in Oklahoma). Daily we qualify welders by destructive testing for various clients covering API 1104 (single qualifications, multiple qualifications, and In-Service Qualifications in accordance with Appendix B 1104), ASME IX, (831.3, 831.4, and 831.8) AWS D1.1, and other codes or standards to meet the needs of our Clients. We also offer assistance in qualifying welding procedures in accordance with API 1104, ASME IX, and AWS D1.1. In addition to the main test facility, we have mobile test units to provide project site testing when required.
