Summer Show Although it was occasionally a little damp, we do hope you enjoyed this year’s Summer Show! I should just like to thank the following for helping us to run the Show Day this year. Firstly, thanks to my hardworking committee – and committee members Penny and Nigel Dobson in particular, especially for the ‘new adventure’ they arranged in the extra marquee: free children’s entertainment for the Saturday afternoon. Surprisingly, over two performances only about thirty kids came along – and even more mysteriously not one
ice cream was sold, but this is a brand new incentive, so perhaps more will flock to the marquee next time.

Thanks go to our many sponsors, too! The trade stands on Show Day were well worth a visit, so thank you again Penny – and thanks to the traders for their donations. Tetbury Lions did a sterling job on the gates and we could not have done without them, or without Lion Malcom from Tetbury Hardware who also dealt with our schedules.
and last but by no means least many thank to the supporters, exhibitors and visitors wh turned up on the day in what were some ver varied weather conditions.
Eagle Plant supplied the toilets and I must thank the Feoffees and Dolphin Recreation for the use of the ground. Well done to our Vice President David Prosser who presented the cups and thanks also to all our volunteer help on the day - particularly John from Jesse Smiths with ‘the big pan’ and invaluable assistance from Paul Stead and Roger and Janet Grzyb.
