EXTRA MILE STORIES

Nomination date: 2024-11-15

Nominator: ANA ZARATE BARRAGAN

Nominees: ERIKA JUDITH FLORES BARBA, PAOLA MARTINEZ TORRES

Erika and Paola, thank you very much for helping us achieve our goal of aligning Creditable VAT in AZ, ZC, and SZ. Your follow-up on the manual correction of the tax configuration for over 500 corporate card vendors was very important. With this change, we can correctly identify the VAT on card expenses in the system and use those balances to reduce our tax payments.

Also, on behalf of the entire team, we appreciate your willingness to address urgent cases where we found discrepancies in RFCs and the urgency you give to all requests

FNomination date: 2024-10-14

Nominator: BRENDA LILIANA CHACON LECHUGA Nominees: RICARDO ENRIQUE VILLALOBOS ACOSTA

In the month of September my team had the arduous task of implementing a security measure enabling MFA at organizational level, with very little time for this release we requested the help of the BTSSC training team to help us with a Interactive guide or training document. We were aware that the time to make a document like the one we requested was a minimum of 2 weeks in advance but our deadline was too short, Ricardo took on the task of helping us and from the same day we requested help from his team, he took care of making the interactive guide and in less than 1 week it was ready, Ricardo went beyond the call of duty and took the initiative to make it in the 3 languages and even offer himself with the LMS team to put those training modules in the system, making changes and adjustments at the time he was asked to do so even though he had many projects at the same time, his dedication, initiative and effort in doing this task made the difference in this release so important for the security of the entire Organization The whole INFOSEC IAM team wants to thanks and recognize Ricardo because he not only gave a wow service but went beyond the extra mile to assist us and not only do what we requested but go beyond it. The result of his hard work now helps AutoZoners that need to register to MFA not only in this country but across the world (USA, Asia ,Puerto Rico, Europe, Brazil) , Thanks Ricardo you are awesome and we are lucky to have you as coworker.

Join the celebration of all our coworkers who have reached a milestone of 5 and 10 years, during Q1 FY25
